Accessibility

WPPS is committed to accessibility and inclusivity in digital experiences and in how sanctioned play is hosted — consistent with the League Operational Guide.

Digital accessibility

We work to make the WPPS website and app usable for people with a range of abilities. This includes attention to semantic structure, keyboard navigation, readable contrast, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. We continue to improve and welcome feedback on barriers you encounter.

If you cannot access a feature or need an alternative format, contact support@wpps.org and describe the page or flow and the assistive technology you use (if any).

Venues and equipment

Sanctioned events are hosted in a variety of venues. WPPS equipment standards aim to balance competitive integrity with practical flexibility so that venues can participate without unnecessary exclusion. For example, minimum table sizes, lighting, and ball/rack standards are defined so play is fair and visible; where conditions are sub-standard, operators are expected to disclose limitations to players before match play begins.

Support

For technical help with the app or website, see Resources or contact support. For urgent issues during events, operators may use the operator support channels described in the operational guide.
